The hotel location proved central. The breakfast offered an excellent, varied selection. I found the staff efficient and friendly. It was easy to walk to main sites. I was able to park my car and not worry about it.
I noticed the ramp to the underground parking area can be very narrow.

the staff was helpful offering information about local attractions and dining options. i had access to the underground parking and it was convenient though navigating the narrow streets required care. i found the location excellent as it was central and within walking distance of many sights.
the room i was initially given was not what i had booked it also had a minor issue with cleanliness in the bathroom

the location was very convenient for exploring major attractions. the staff provided helpful directions and suggestions. breakfast offered good variety with freshly prepared omelettes available. i appreciated the efficient and attentive breakfast service.
I found the street leading to the hotel very narrow. Driving was a little difficult. the limited space made arrival and departure a bit stressful.

The staff was friendly (especially the front desk). They got me a taxi in seconds when i needed one. i really liked that my upgraded junior suite was gorgeous. plus, i found free parking nearby on the neighboring streets, a great bonus.
the hotel street was very narrow and hard to access by car, with only centimeters to spare on each side of the mirrors.

The breakfast included many local specialties. I thought it was of excellent quality. most dishes had pork. the restaurant manager seemed to value the longevity of his staff, with some having been there for over 25 years.

malfunctioning acsmelly pillows
The ac was not working properly. my room became uncomfortably warm, and it took a while for someone to address it. also, the pillows had an odd smell. It was quite distracting and made it hard to sleep. honestly, i expected better from such a well-regarded place!

I secured a parking spot with Pedro's help right when I arrived! The location is totally unbeatable and near everything. My room was spacious plus dog friendly! Breakfast included great choices and even omelets made to order. I took full advantage of the lovely pool with many sunchairs.
The minibar was only slightly stocked.
